At Scenarchy, we believe in the value of the creative process. Because our services involve immediate access to high-fidelity generative tools and computational resources, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or one-time purchases once access has been granted.

Exceptions: If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing your account or utilizing our core services for an extended period, please contact our support team at support@scenarchy.com. We will review such cases individually to determine if a credit or adjustment is appropriate.
